Problems Logging On

What does the error message "Invalid Logon" mean whenever I try to login to My Account?

If you are getting the "Invalid Logon" response when you try to log into your accounts, it means that our records do not agree with one (or more) of the three items you are using to login:
  • Plan Number
  • Social Security #/User Name
  • PIN

Please check to make certain that you have typed all three of these items correctly.

Your Plan Number is located in the web site/VRU informational brochure prepared by DRS. Please contact your HR Department if you need another copy of the brochure. In addition, your HR Department can also verify your Social Security #/User Name and PIN Number.

What does the error message "Request Can Not Be Completed" mean?

Each time you log onto one of the services sections of DRS' site, you create a unique session for your interaction with our web server. The message you are getting is one that comes up when someone tries to access information after your session has been closed. A session can be closed by either logging out or by being inactive for 10 minutes.

In general, when you get this message you should try to log-in again. However, if you are getting the message immediately each time you log-in, then your browser is probably not really going to our server and logging you in. Instead it is serving you a cached page from your prior session. Since that prior session is closed, every time you try and click on something on the page you get the closed session message again.

If you are getting this message after logging-on each time, clear your browser's cache and/or restart your browser. If you need any help doing this, please email us at the address below with what browser and operating system you are using and we would be happy to give you complete instructions.

What do I need to login to My Account?

The three items that you need to login are:

  • Plan Number
  • Social Security #/User Name
  • PIN

Your Plan Number is located in the web site/VRU informational brochure prepared by DRS. Please contact your HR Department if you need another copy of the brochure. In addition, your HR Department can also verify your Social Security #/User Name and PIN Number.

For your security, DRS will not disclose PIN information via email or over the phone. We will, however, mail your PIN to the address we have on file for you. If you would like us to mail your PIN to you, simply email us at the address below with your request. Please be certain to include your name and the name of your plan in which you are a participant.

How do I get a PIN?

If you have lost or forgotten your PIN you can ask your HR Department to look-up your PIN for you.

Another alternative is to request your PIN from DRS. For your security DRS will not disclose PIN information via email or over the phone. We will, however, mail your PIN to the address we have on file for you. If you would like us to mail your PIN to you, simply email us at the address below with your request. Please be certain to include your name and the name of your plan in which you are a participant.

How do I enroll for the first time?

This depends upon the plan that you are in. For specifics on your plan, please refer to the web site/VRU informational brochure prepared by DRS or you can email DRS at the email address below. Please be certain to include your name and the name of your plan in your email. If you need another copy of the informational brochure please contact your HR Department.

Which login link should I use?

If you are trying to check on your personal account in a Plan, then be certain that you are using the "My Account" login.

If you are an authorized Plan Sponsor representative, like someone in an HR Department, trying to access plan information you should use the "Plan Sponsor" login.

The "Investment Advisor" login should be used by investment advisors looking to access plan level information for their clients. No confidential or non-public participant information can be accessed through the "Investment Advisor" login.
